Ordinal Not Found

After successfull installation i've got this error:
Title: ServiceDesk Setup: InstallerManager.exe Ordianl Not found
Body: The ordinal 324 could not be located in the dynamic link library SHDOCVW.dll
can press only OK
Then it ask me what configuration i want but it give to me only a local path
C:\Documents and Settings\administrator.BFDEMOPLEX\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\0V4X27GV\composerform[1].htm
Whats's happenening?

SOLVED!!!
If you'll have the same problem
Open a run command and type In:
regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll click [OK]
netsh winsock reset click [OK]
Reboot your computer can you access the browser now
