I have a client that shows up in one of my groups in the Endpoint Protection console. The client was physically removed from our network back in October. I have the settings enabled to remove clients that have not checked in for 30 days set. It is still there. When i right click the client the delete function is grayed out. How do I get rid of it?

In what mode is the client installed? ALSO do you have an AD sync . If you have an AD sync you will not be able to move or delte the client as the information is taken from the AD

Remove the client from AD and resync it

Seems like you have synched the SEPM with Active directory.
if so, Right click on the OU and select Sync now, it should update the current objects in OU

Have you integrated OU's in SEPM. If yes then you need to delete the client from AD. Client will automatically disappear from SEPM..

Thank you all, I re-synced the OU after deleting the client from AD and it is gone.
