Dear all,

my company have some PC cannot fix error "Virus and spyware Protection definitions are out of date", so PC have this error can connect to SEPM and LUA

I find many threat but can not fix this one.

Plz help.

about 250 PC. My company total 400 PC

I already using Symantec Help (SymHelp) but i see it normal.

Because, my company have many many PC. i cant update 1 by 1

Yep, all pc connect to SEPM and can run Liveupdate normal.

but nothing for update.

what mean GUP ?

What date are the machine showing?

Problem seems to be at Luadmin , post the lue.log here please

LiveUpdate Engine creates a log file called Log.Lue. This log can be found in the following location when LUE was run on a self-managed client:

On Windows XP and Windows server 2003:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\<silo_id>\Data\Lue\Logs

On Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows Server 2008:
C:\Program Data\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\<silo_id>\Data\Lue\Logs

This machine has some problem with LU settings, this is what I see in logs
