  • 1.  Out-of-Date Antivirus Content

    Hello All,

     

    On my SEPM, it has detected one of my user has showing OUT-OF-DATE antivirus. Inface on my SEPM it show update to date. Do anyone know how to fix this issue. You can refer to the attachment which i have indicated in boxf

    If you go the client, what does it show? For an update by right clicking the client in the SEPM and selecting 'Update Content"

    What's the exact SEPM and SEP versions?

    Did you force the client to update?

    SEP client does not update definitions

    by others user managed to get up to date definition from the server.

    Could be an issue with this one client.

    Either try forcing an update manually or enable sylink debugging and let it run for a bit before posting the log here for review:
