  • 1.  Outbound Mail False Positive

    Hello,

    I this problem.

    I Configure the SMG to quarantine the outbound mail detected as spam.

    This work well and block spam email to go out.

    But there are some mail that was detected as spam but ar not spam (false positive)

    I submit this mail "as not spam" but continue to mark as spam the email sent from a specific address.

    How I can understand why the mail is marked as Spam ? Is a problem of type of client used ?

    Hi,

    The verdict of the detected mails is spam?

    If yes, have you added a "customer specific spam" rule on outgoing mails?

    If not do so

    But, outbound and spam ... think of your network security, ...

    what is the specific of email tagged as spam?

    Hello,

    yes the verdict is Spam but I don't understand why is spam.

    I don't add customer specific rule

    Is a normal message.

    Hi, Are links in these kind of Mails? Currently we are facing several mails beeing blocked by url reputation. Two things you could to: 1. Open a Support case 2. Disable url checking Thomas
