Outgoing email not sending LDAP error message

Regieving error message in logs when trying to send email  see attachment

ldap operation result 34, 0000208F; NameErr.............problem 2006 (BAD_NAME)

this is most likely a bad Bind DN configured in your LDAP Sync settings. Please check the bind DN and use the "Test connection" button in the Ldap Synchronization settings on Universal Server.

Make sure you do not have a comma in the BindDN.

In Active Directory you can also use the samAccountName (e.g. administrator@senderdomain.local) or the username (e.g. DOMAIN\administrator) as Bind DN

the Bind DN is configured properly,  I am only recieving this error whith 2 of 3 users out of 250.

I opened a ticket with Symantec when this happened and have yet to recieve an update since the original call.  I have requested an update 4 times with no reply.

needless to say I am very dissapointed with Symantec Support
