Where can I download the evault client for Outlook 2010?

its on the EV disc, folder called - "Outlook Add-ins"

if you don't have it then you need to download the Enterprise Vault Media from fileconnect (https://fileconnect.symantec.com/) and it's on the disc

you will need a serial number for an EV to download software

I have Symantec Enterprise Vault HTTP-Only Outlook Add-in-en.msi or Symantec Enterprise Vault Outlook Add-in-en.msi

which one do I use?

if you're going to use Outlook 2010 then use the http only add in

What version of Enterprise Vault are you using?
If you can, use the EV 10 SP1 unified client instead

You could go with the latest hotfixed client:

From 10.0.1 onwards, I would recommend the HTTP client 'throughout'.
