But where to find the new Version? Still just 10.1.2 avaiable as it was before 2010 support was announced.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    Best regards

Here is the official answer from Symantec/PGP support about Outlook 2010; http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH157467

What you are seeing at the link you have provided me with is a misprint that I will need to address with the site developers.  Thank you for pointing that out, and Sorry for the misprint.  I would also suggest bookmarking or subscribing to the above article, as we will update the information as soon as a version of PGP is compatible with Outlook 2010.

As for where to get the latest version of the software there is another article that is for a different issue, but has a PDF that I designed to walk you through the process of obtaining the latest software release.

Let us know if there is anything further that we can do for you.

    Thanks,

I'm checking the system requirements for month now. Outlook 2010 must have been added recently to the list. So how can it be a misprint? Maybe it's a misprint on your link?

There is definately something symantec can do for it's customers. Release a version that supports Outlook 2010 before next office release!

What about an additional year of free support from the day Outlook 2010 is supported since last year no support was avaiable?

Am I crazy or was Office 2010 released over a year ago?  I hesitate to ask, but is there an ETA on the update?

This is a post I made about 7/6/11, in another thread in the forum. I've not had an update since then>

Although I am not authorized to say anything about the expected release date, I am now able to say:

Outlook 2010 support is projected for the next release of PGP.

Forward-looking Statements: Any forward-looking indication of plans for products is preliminary and all future release dates are tentative and are subject to change. Any future release of the product or planned modifications to product capability, functionality, or feature are subject to ongoing evaluation by Symantec, and may or may not be implemented and should not be considered firm commitments by Symantec and should not be relied upon in making purchasing decisions.

My guess is that it was updated in preparation for the soon to be released new version, and published earlier than it should have been.
