Outlook Add In Not Working Aftyer Upgrade to Outlook 2007

Upgraded a number of PC's to Oulook 2007 - on a couple of them the Outlook add in is not working correctly - archive email opens in teh browser instead of and Outlook window.

Tried un-installing the add-in and re-installing but no difference.

This is Enterprise Vault 8 SP3.

 Anyone experienced this problem and how did you get around it.

Do you have a client trace of

Do you have a client trace of this happening?

 

Is it every mail that clients open?

 

Are these users of vault cache?

 

What version of EV is on the EV Server?

Patrick, is that happening when users click on the link in the shortcut body? If so it's probably an issue with the settings cookie, so simply ask them to click on the settings button when a message is open in the browser and change the behaviour to open in Outlook instead
