Outlook Client 2003 ask me credential - EV9.0.1

This issue has been solved. See solution.
Outlook Client 2003 ask me credential to connect to the Exchange 2003. I just have only one Exchange, but every time I what to archive an message, ask me credentials.
RPC over HTTP is the only I could find. But I don't have a proxy, or two exchange...
If there is some good idea or explanation it will be well receive

I have seen a lot of these sorts of issues and 99.999999% of them are addressed in teh TechNote that Tony provided. I would step through that carefully. Also if you are connecting with Outlook using RPC over HTTP, then this may be expected behavior.

i have also seen this caused by kerberos issues. are you seeing any audit failures in the windows security event logs on your EV server?
