Hi,
I have received word from 2 clients so far that have reported issues with Outlook 2010 freezing up and not responding.
When Outlook is running in safe mode, everything appears to be normal.
I have checked the logs in Verbose on both clients and have the following trend:
10:10:37 File Share Encryption Verbose File Share Encryption locked [C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.Outlook\WBDX7E8X\image004 (18).jpg]
There are hundreds of these lines (several per second) for different files in the same folder.
Why would SED be doing this?
Is there any settings to prevent this issue.
Apart from the 2 initial clients reporting the issue, other have also reported the same.
This appears to have been reported and occurring for several months without my knowledge.
The clients have been reporting the issue several times with my Desktop team members unaware that SED may be the cause.
