outlook not working

I have installed Sep11 management concole and sep client on two workstations. Since installations neither client can send mail via outlook. When I disable outlook auto-protect they can send. How can I resolve this. I cant find a setting to correct this.

Outlook doesn't work at all or you can't open attachments?  If the latter, make sure that your add-ins in Outlook and the SEP Outlook scan settings are the same.  i.e. if addin for SEP in outlookis checked, outlook scanning needs to be enabled in the SEP manager/client policy.  Or, uncheck the add-in in outlook.  A hotfix is in the works for this according to support.
