Outlook user unable to view the archieved email in original format

Hello,

When the user try to view the archieved email in his outlook , the email lost the advance formatting view like table, only the plain text is in the view.

Help me to find the cause of the issue, for other users it is working fine.

Hii...

I think customization view of Outlook is corrupted, Use Clean View command to reset it. In run command type Outlook.exe /cleanviews . It will remove all the customization of view in the Outlook .

Hi jeenokia,

It looks like you are seeing the EV shortcut rather than the original email. Check if you are getting a banner when you open the email with a message such as the 'EV server is not available' of 'there was an issue opening the email'. Try with other emails as well. Since you mentioned that for other users is working fine, then you might have an issue with the mailbox.
