This issue has been solved. See solution.

We have a user with about 15GB of mail in their archive and their Outlook runs at a constant 25% CPU utilization.  If we disable the Enterprise Vault add-in, the CPU utilization drops.  Has anyone else seen this issue or know of a way to resolve it?

They're using Outlook 2010 with all the latest patches and they're running Windows 7 on a Mac using Boot Camp.

What version of the Enterprise Vault Outlook Add-in?
Does anyone see the same on a physical (rather than virtual) machine?

If left for a long time, does the CPU usage drop?

Do you have PSTDisableGrow implemented?

Many Thanks,

Rob

Do you have any other Outlook addins installed on affected client?
