    Hi

    One of the Laptop user was getting a pop-up on his desktop –[ “Licenseman Res.dll could not be found”]. So one of our hardware guys reinstalled the Symantec on that system. After this the next day he was getting another pop-up on his desktop – [Symantec Endpoint Protection – SID 25928 – System Infected: Zero Access P2P Request detected]. I checked in the Symantec website on this matter which gave a solution by downloading a tool(FixZeroAccess) and running it on that machine which will scan and find the threat.
