Package Server on Windows 2008, 64-bit?

All,

I'm on Notification Server 6, SP3 Rollup 8. Can I install the Altiris Agent on a Windows 2008 64-bit server and make it a package server?

Thanks.

It's going to run in emulation mode, but it should work, just as long as (shhhhhhh) it's not Windows 2008 core. The agent requires IE, which 2008 core doesn't have.

actually I'm going to have to ask Symantec. Although the NS agent will function in emulation mode, I'm not too sure about the package server function.

Symantec confirms that this should work, as it was supported as of R8.
