This issue has been solved. See solution.

 Hello,
I've a customer with a problem.
When he try to disable software bulletin from NS Console, it seems to be good, but files stays physically on PS.
The only way is to delete manually.
What's wrong ? Is it normal ?

A KB seems to be in relation : 41181...

I will give you versions later...

Cordialy,

Grégory

Normal

Yes, this is normal.  Even though the bulletin has been disabled, the packages are still valid and will, therefore, be replicated to Package Servers.  If you have packages that you no longer want to replicate, you have to physically delete them from the console UI.

 Thanks for your message, By

 Thanks for your message,
By deleting from the console, you mean delete packages in the Resource / Software Management / Software Patch Packages / Software Updates / Security Updates Tab ?
In my lab, files seems to stay on HDD...
I've delete Task and disable bulletin too.

Yup

Sorry I wasn't more specific.  If you delete the patch packages from the location above then they should no longer replicate to Package Servers.  The binaries will still be on the physical HDD, as you have already noticed, but they shouldn't replicate.  If you need additional HDD space then you will have to manually remove them from the file system.

Patch Management 7 now includes an automated task to handle this all for you.
