This issue has been solved. See solution.

I've freshly setup my Endpoint Protection server version 11.0.4202.75 MP4 running on Windows Server 2008 Enterprise X64.

I had wanted to test out the Reporting feature, but whenever I go under Scheduled Reports and click Add a new page will open with Loading... and nothing will ever happen. I found an article which described my exact issue which said to turn off IE Enhanced Security Configuration. I turned it off for Users & Administrators then restarted the server.

The issue still exists though. I've also tried adding local host to the trusted website and still no go.

Any idea's?

check your ODBC settings,

on a 64bit server you we actually use a 32bit DSN, so run the odbcad32.exe in the syswow64 directory.

The issue was apparently was

The issue was apparently was in 2008 if you don't select "RunAs Administrator" then it won't run with proper credentials despite being logged in as an administrator. Once I launched with that option the application loaded without issue.
