I'm curious we are getting these new machines from Dell with this Advanced Formated drives (512e). May I ask is there a proper way to partition these or should I avoid that and only format them when doing the new deployment?

I havent done anything fancy with mine. I created the image with partitions, captured the whole disk and deploy the image with the partitions. I do perform a fromat prior to imaging but again, i dont do anything fancy, just a quick format.
