Partnet Access and Symantec management training

Please help me to link my partner account, Sym account and Sym cert account? Also to whom should I send details to get this done?

I am also not able to access the Symante Management Training access in the Partner Net site though I am able to login and use other links without issue. When I try to click on complete registration it just stucks and doesn't proceed. For eg, I just tried to access "Symantec NetBackup 7.5 Sales Training" but when I try to register it doesn't work just sits there.

First of all - your Connect account needs to be the same account/email address as the one used when you registered for exams and used on CerTracker.

About PartnerNet training - it only works with Internet Explorer.

Requests to support other browsers seem to fall on deaf ears...

Hello Sazz,

I can help you with synching up your accounts. Please send over the details via private message.

Hey Marianne,

You are everywhere on Sym Connectsmiley. I just got the partner ID but Symantec is using my company's emaid id in that as my user id and I don't think that can be changed, though I guess I have to change my sym account and sym cert mail id to match to that partner id?

Also I am using IE 8 and still not able to register it. I am able to launch Symantec NetBackup 7.5 SSE+ Trainings  but while launching Symantec NetBackup 7.5 Sales Training it asks for registeration. None of the sales assessment allow me to register.

Hi Eileen,

Thanks I have sent the details.

Best to join PartnerNet group:

Then post PartnerNet-related questions in that Forum:

I have not tried to access those particular training modules, but have never experienced problems when using IE.
