We use a thrid party ticketing system for our help desk. It stores all users with their AD account. We used to use a tool called iLaunchpad that would pass the account info and return a list of computers that the user has. From there you could do a set of tasks. I was wondering if I could get around this third party tool buy just sending the ad login account from a ticket to a weburl variable for a report and have to show all computer that that user has. From there I can use the standard right click menu in the report to do remote control are view resourse data. Is that possible?
