This issue has been solved. See solution.

Hi I applied the following hotfix due to my server crashing

However now the passthrough checkbox is greyed out and I cannot turn it on.

I am afraid to re-install the agent on the file server in case it undoes my hotfix.

Have you tried to reload the filter and then re-start the EV services on the File Server?

On the File Server:

- fltmc unload filescreenfilter

- fltmc load filescreenfilter

- restart EV services on the File server.
