Passing Variables via Link to Form Start Workflow

Anybody know how to pass input variables to a form start workflow via a hyperlink?
Example... We have a SQL Reporting Services Report that we want to link to workflow that allows the user to edit data...
We need to pass to the input variable the Key ID field so the correct record will show in the form...
Anybody done this?
