We tried to decrypt an damaged hard drive and after 52% the decryption process hangs. We waited for one weekend, but the process didn’t went any further.

I tried to stop the process with pgpwde and to start it again, but it didn’t succeed.

After a reboot of the machine pgp desktop and pgpwde didn’t accepted the passphrase and pgp desktop shows an running decryption with the same percentage as before the reboot.

What is the best next step for trying?
