I've created a policy for password length check on an Active Directory in mixed 2003/2008 mode.

However when I run the Policy against a 2003 domain controller it seems to only check one local account and not the user accounts for the domain.

However when i'm adding additional checks (apart from the minimum Password length), the other checks (like Password must expire) show results for domain user accounts. Why is this so? Thanks
