  • 1.  Patch 7.1 SP2, error visible to client

    Customer is getting prompts to overwrite files in the patch management directory. ( i cant attach a screenshot, its giving me a red X)

     

    RAAD logs state (and this is not a typo)  CreateFile filed. Error -2147024891

    Anyone know why this is doing this?

    Hello JJV,

    Could You please provide some additional details related to this issue?

    - Is this issue reproducible on NS or on managed client machine?
    - Could You please provide path to  patch management directory which is under question?
    - What files are prompted to be overwritten?
    - Are there any steps to reproduce this issue? When did this issue occur?
