Contact details for Tech Support are at the top of the Ghost forum as one of the sticky postings. There are three patches available, 2269, 2298 and 2605 but they are designed to address specific issues and are normally only provided if you have a valid support contract AND if you are experiencing any of the issues that the patches are designed to fix.
If you do not get a call from Symantec Support, I suggest you use the contact information in the sticky posting to call them yourself and discuss any issues you are experiencing.
