If you have a built 2266 then
If you have a built 2266 then the patch you require is 2269. Please call the Symantec technical support @ 1 800-342-0652. They would provide you with the link.

I have been on the phone for
I have been on the phone for the last 3 days with the techs in india and they got me setup with patch # 2266. can someone please just post a like for 2269 so I dont have to call back and talk to someone I can barely understand again.
Also is 2269 the newest patch? I am having issues with the machine group folders minimizing whenever I click out of the folder, thus keeping me from moving a machine from one group to another.
There is no patch for 2266.
There is no patch for 2266. Please open the Ghost boot wizard and check the version mentioned at the bottom.

I have build 2113. Can I get a link to the latest patch? LiveUpdate fails everytime!
You will have to download the latest version of GSS 2.5.1 from
https://fileconnect.symantec.com/LangSelection.jsp
After downloading try to upgrade your Ghost solution suite. Simply install it over your old version. It would be better if you would take a backup of your ghost database first.
For taking a backup open 'C:/Program Files/Symantec/Ghost/Scripts' folder and run the 'backupdb.wsf' - ignore the error. You can find your backup in your 'My Documents'. After upgrade check if your database is intact in your console. If its fine then there is no need to restore the db.

Im working for an educational institution who have bought your product symantec ghost, im supposed to be making a pxe ghost solutioon for them and after alot of hairpulling ive found out that my problem (bcd boot failure from booting our clients) is an outdated version of ghost boot wizard, can i please have a link so we can update to version 2269?
