    How to manually update the patches where altiris failed to push?

    hello,

    You can check failed patches and download for package server (URL avaliable) and install manually.

    How can I start a Patch software update cycle from the command line?

    Restart the Services

    Windows Update Service for Windows 7 & Automatic Updates Service for Windows XP
     
    Computer Browser Service
     
    Run the (AeXPatchUtil /i & /Xa) command on below path
     
    C:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent\Agents\PatchMgmtAgent
     
    Wait for sometime then see that Patch software update cycle will be restart.
