    I've started testing patch management and noticed the latest software patches avilable in the Patch Remediation Center were from 9/28/11. I've run the Metedata Import Task for Windows. It said it sucessfully completed. I can see there are the newest versions of firefox listed here (Version 9 and 9.1) if I expand venders and software. After going back to the Patch Remediation Center I still don't have anything new. The newest version of firefox I have is 7. It appears everything works fine for the software listed in the Patch Remediation Center. I can right click, choose download and download them. I can also distribute them to clients; however I still don't see anything newer than 9/28. Has anyone else run into this problem?

    Hi Sam,

    Usually when you're not seeing updated patches it is due to your license being expired. Were you using an evaluation license, or was your AUP (Annual Upgrade Protection) current?  Use the LogViewer on the NS while you attempt to import the patch data to check for errors, or run SIM and check your licensing status.
