I need help for a problem Path Management, he don´t performs dowload for patchs. He presents the stats of finish, but he don´t makes download for patch, not creates the folder of patch, in local designated. I using the version 6.2.3644.

the Patch Management Solution license is active?

Yes,my license it's ok at 06/07/2011, i have 863 machines using in 1000 licenses.

the tasks to deliver the patches? If you 'stage' only, you download to the Notification Server and Package Servers (if you have them). This doesn't automatically send it to the clients.

Yes i using proxy, but is credentials OK, this settings OK.

He don´t generate log viewer.

in the NS click
All Programs > Accesories > System Tools > Scheduled Task
and verify that all tasks are running

This problem is not related to machines, but the server, Altiris itself does not download to su temporary place.

Option 1: Save Changes, Run Task and you see in the log viewer

Option2: UnChek "Only download if modified", Save Changes, Run Task and you see in the log viewer

and verify that the task runssuccessfully

downloaded on my computer without problems

But on another machine the same happens on the server when typing the address: "'http://www.solutionsam.com/imports/6_1/patch/microsoft/commands/ms10-106_exchange2007-kb2407132-x86-pt_e0315.bat" he displays download and concludes this, but this does not happen when prompted by the tool. This solution is proxy for Altiris NS.

I have the similar problem and confirmed is block by the proxy server. Is there a workaround for this? Customer environment don't allow download of bat file.

What information need to provide to my network team to allow the download of .bat file.

e.g. Solutionsam IP address or www.solutionsam.com

Any help on the information will be greatful.
