Patch Management Out of Band Microsoft Critical Patch Release

How long does it take for the out of band critical patch release to be available for download on my server? Specifically looking for MS13-008 that was released today.

I think Symantec try for a 24 hour turnaround.

PMImport 6.2.1356.1 and PMImport 7.0.1356.1 for older versions of Patch Management solution are already available.
PMImport 7.1.385 for Patch Management solution 7.1 SP1+ will be available on solutionsam.com in aprox. 1 hour.
7.1.385 is available and has ms13-008 for 7.1 SP1!

Yes, JAVA7-11 is also included in PMImport 7.1.385.
