Terminal Server roaming profiles are corrupted by SAV 10.1. I have a SAV 10.1.8 parent server for the domain. I gather 10 can be upgraded to 11 but not sure if the funds exist. Theres a patch for 10.1.5, any fixes for 10.1.8?

Is there a patch that is

This problem was 'fixed' with Maintenance Patch 1 for Maintenance Release 5, leading one to assume that it was never an issue with 10.1.8. Is that definitively the case? If so, then theoretically the problem I am having is not caused by SAV as stated by Microsoft. If it is still a bug in 10.1.8, will 10.1.9 fix it? Is there any documentation for any of this?

Is there a patch that is extracted and applied that will update it from 10.1.8 to 10.1.9? 766MB is the the whole application.

Patch for 10.1.9 isn't there

Patch for 10.1.9 isn't there even on the FTP..

You will have to download the complete CD1 then upgrade your SSC and SAV server,Secondary servers then upgrade the Clients.

I was editing my last post

I was editing my last post while you were posting. So the 766MB download is the whole thing. I was hoping to be done with this job before I was eligible for Medicare. Is there any documentation for updating SSC, SAV and hundreds of clients?

What about the issues I raised in my last post?

thank you, but the real question is:

UPHClean?

If this is involving UPHClean, I have seen this in SEP too, where Tamper Protection interprets UPHClean's actions as attempting to stop RTVScan.  In SEP you can set a Tamper Protection exclusion for UPHClean.  In SAV unfortunately there is not a way to set an exclusion; Tamper Protection is either on or off.

You may be able to set an exception for UPHClean to exclude RTVScan.exe.  The Read Me that comes with UPHClean should have more information.

No UPHClean involvment.   I

No UPHClean involvment.

I hate to keep doing this, but I would appreciate it if someone addressed the critical issue here.

If 10.1.9 still has the bug, then I will have no choice but to upgrade to SEP 11.

Thank you

I can't find anything specific to an issue similar to what you're describing for anything beyond SAV MR6 MP1 (a further fix when Citrix Web Presentation is involved).  A quick clance over search results says that user-profile-related issues to appear to exist for SEP too, but I don't know if they all pertain to Terminal Servers.  For a definitive answer you would want to open a case with Support to gather data about your specific situation.
