Is there any possiblities to push daily patches from server to clients?.

Which patches u r talking about??? Windows ot Symantec Product or Updates????

Hi,

You will have to change heartbeat interval time through communications settings.

By default it's set to push mode with 5 min hear beat interval.

You will have to change it to pull mode and set heartbeat interval to 24 hours

However it's not recommended at least in a LAN environment.

Should i inherit policies to clients after changing the setpup in My Company?.

Yes, you will have inherit it if you want to apply it to all the groups under my company.

For specific group if you don't want these settings then simply remove the inheritance.

To accomplish your requirement you will have to select Pull mode with heartbeat interval 24 hours.
