We using Client Management Suite 7.5

My NS is in Hong Kong and My client is in India. My client agent directly communicating to NS which is in Hong Kong there is no any package server or child NS between NS and Client it is direct communication.

Software delivery working absolutely fine but I am trying to deploy patches on client system it is showing waiting to download pending and if i check download history it showing blank

Check Agent log on client for a more useful message but if SWD pacakges are downloading OK it might be a timing issue, wating for the package manifests to update.

I dont think it is timing issue it is almost 8 hours past.

Patch isn't an "immediate" function in Altiris.  You can try doing a complete resource update in the console if you want to force the issue but give it some more time.

Any update on this?

Ya it was issue of task server......

The client system was not getting task server hence download history showing blank and it is because of India site server issue.......... We have removed the India site server all the India clients getting task server......now download history not showing blank.......
