    There are some client which is faile to installed the patch.

    A lot of the reoson for the failure. (System restart while installation , another installation running etc)

    I assigned my team enigneer to do it manually. How can i start the manually process. Can i restart the agent service?

    I put a schedule on all the Plug-in install polices to check compliance daily with a target of all machines without the plug-in. So Computers that fail the pcAnywhere plug-in install the first time will install it successfully the second or third.
