Ok, completely new to this and still reading the documentation. But is the idea of this to be able to connect to and remote control machines that are not on your network but instead are out on the internet? I imagine this also means an additional agent on each machine? Can this only be installed with NS7? We're still running 6 SP3 R9.
Thanks

PC Anywhere is a part of CMS7

How do you do this "agentless" style? We have clients outside of our network that call up and need assistance and we want to be able to remote control and then terminate the session once complete.
This is for 12.5 which is part of CMS7.

Yeah looks like an upgrade is in my near future. I would imagine you're probably better off doing a brand new server and starting from scratch then trying to migrate what you already have. This is very exciting as it is giving us functionality that we have been looking for with Altiris but could not have.
