PC Anywhere no login box

After using PCAnywhere just fine for almost a year, now during connecting, it goes thru "waiting" then "connecting" then NOTHING! No login box
comes up so I cannot get into my business! I work with my computer reseller (restaurant POS) and they used thier PCAnywhere to login just fine, so we know the problem is NOT on the host computer. Help!
Also, as a new member here, just WHICH community am I supposed to select since PCAnywhere is not a choice!

Check the software firewall on the Host PC.
Check the hardware firewall rules.
Reboot the router.
Reboot the host PC.
Test in that order and report back.
What version of pcAnywhere is on both systems. Host and remote full versions please.
See issue #3 that has been resolved with the 12.5.5 build 1086 (sp4) software by installing the 1206 (sp5) update.

This might not be what you are seeing but if you are at build 1086 then it is likely that #3 is the issue you are having.
