PC Anywhere User Name

I am a remote user of PC Anywhere - since last Friday, after the electricity being out at the office of the host and then being restored, I have been unable to log onto the host because of "invalid user name or password".  It is the same one we have been using for years.  Any ideas?

The waiting host has been corrupted?    Not sure but have you confirmed that the correct host item is still set to launch with windows.  and if so have you confirmed that the correct caller items are still listed.  And if all is good I would delete them and recreate them.

Please tell me your use domain ID or PCAnywhere ID....if your use domain ID, Please synchronize the AD and check again...
