File Share Encryption

For a reason I don't know, my system (windows 7-64bit) not longer recognizes my encrypted files created by PGP version 10.  How do I re-download the software and get my license information?  System can't find PGPDestop.msi.

I get the error "Error 1706.  No valid source could be found for product PGP Destop.  Windows installer cannot continue."
