If a user is connected to a PST file on a network drive does PC Transplant copy this pst into the capture file or just the outlook pointer to it ?

OST is different from PST - I have no idea how this relates to my question.

It won't touch anything on the network. It's only copying files. The references to the .pst file are in the registry, so I think you'll have to plan on migrating the registry key that stores the path:

OK thanks for that. I think thats very poor indeed if it doesn't migrate network PST settings. I've used USMT before and this does it no problem. That feature alone would make me opt for USMT. I tried capturing Regional settings and deploying to a new machine...didn't work. I would be interested to hear from anybody who could convince me to use PCT over USMT, the more I see of it themore I dont think many people use it! I could be wrong.
