PC was broken with encryption by PGP Whole Disk Encryption,

Maybe the mother board was broken.

So, I connected the disk to other PC via USB.

But, other PC recognized the disk as not initialized.

    I couldn't decrypt the disk.

    How to recover the data?

    Hi Takka,

Please check the section 2 in the below mentioned article on Drive Encryption Diagnosis and Recovery - Symantec Drive Encryption & PGP Whole Disk Encryption -

    Thank  you for your reply.

I tried to the section 2 in the article, but USB disk was not recognized.

I got an output like below.

    C:\Program Files\PGP Corporation\PGP Desktop>pgpwde --enum
Total number of installed fixed/removable storage
device (excluding floppy and CDROM): 1
    Unmanaged disks:
Disk 0 has 1 online volumes:
volume C:\ Windows7_OS is on partition 2 with offset 2983936
Request sent to Enumerate disks was successful

    Disk 0 is local HDD.

    I will try Section 3.
