PCA 12.5 Can't connect from Scan List

I upgraded from 12.0 to 12.5. Now when I create a remote to scan the local subnet I can't connect from the list. It finds all the hosts and brings them up but I get, can't connect to specified device when you select one. Works fine if you enter the ip of the machine you want to connect to directly. Did a clean install also, and tried it on a different machine. I'm connecting to host running, 12.0, 11.5
Any thoughts?

Did 12.5 fail on the second machine? You said you tried on another machine but don't say that it worked or failed. ( I am guessing failed) . Also their are 2 updated to bring you up to 12.5 build 463. You might want to look at these updates.
