PCA 12.5 Mobile Connection Problem

I'm running 12.5 on a host computer and trying to connect (TCP/IP) with my handheld. It seems as though it's trying to connect but all I ever see is a black screen on my handheld. The host says it's trying to connect then times out. I tried using the same settings and connecting from another desktop (TCP/IP) to the host and it works fine. Is there something I'm missing? I'm not terribly technically savvy, but thought this would be simple.

Is the host that you can connect to on the same network? If not, you may be getting blocked by a router/firewall.
