pca connection not esablish

After a long time i use the pcanywhere, it show me error(communication error - unable to attach)?

There are number of reason for this issue

Communication problem

Connectivity issue

Version Compatibility problem

Troubleshoot

Check the port 5631 and 5632 is open from firewall to both.

Disable the UAC Service from services.msc.

Disable the Window Firewall Service from services.msc

Check the version of both agent.

Maybe requested client service of pcanywhere is stop either system is not in network.
