PCAnywhere 12.1 w/Vista HP slow and unrepsonsive

I am also getteing a compatibility problem with the vista view too when I first logon remotely.
Is there a problem with this version and vista ? mouse clicks and typing are extremely delayed.

Vista sp1?
Vista SP1 support was added with pcA 12.5, but if you are using aero pcA will try to disable that for the session. If you are using aero you may disable this before using pcA and find better performance.

Personally, I don't care if Vista looks like windows 95 I just want something that works.
I still don't think It;s fair that I have to by a new minor version upgrade.
I will be looking for something different next time I think.
