I found out from support that PCA is not supported on 2009 XP embedded and is not in the plans on being supported. The only thing we found that works is DS remote control. This is going to be huge issue for us moving forward to DS7.1. We are putting out 250 thin clients out and more in the future.

I am having the same issue in testing ITMS 7.1.  In the docmument on the Supportability Statement for Microsoft Windows Embedded article it said PCAnywhere was supported on Windows XP Embedded SP3, Windows Embedded Standard, Windows Embedded Point of Service 1.0, Windows Embedded Point of Service 1.1 SP3 & Windows Embedded POSReady 2009.  That document has since been removed from the article.  Here is the link: http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO10921

This leads me to believe Symantec may have found flaws and then instead of trying to fix the problem just removed support.  Bait and switch if you ask me!  We have over 2500 ThinClients in our environment we have been managing with DS 6.9.  As long as support is lacking for WES we will still be using DS 6.9 for deployment of all workstations.
