Pcanywhere Access Server v1.00 : patch&updates.
Hello,
trying to apply a security update/patch for the first time to our licenced version of Pcanywhere Access Server v1.00.
Can anyone with more experience than me of the symantec "support" maze give a dload link for the patch below?

"Problem
PcAnywhere hosts fail to connect to an Access Server that is accessible from the Internet.
Cause
This issue has been seen when PcAnywhere is started (generally at boot time) on systems that are not connected to the Internet. PcAnywhere will try to resolve the Access Server IP address from the Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN), but will be unable to do so. When the system is subsequently connected to the Internet, PcAnywhere will not try again to resolve the Hostname and will remain undocked.
Solution
A patch is available for testing that should resolve this issue. Please contact Technical Support in order to obtain a copy of this file.
Alternatively, a workaround would be to enter the IP address of the Access Server in the PcAnywhere configuration instead of the Fully Qualified Domain Name. This eliminates the need to resolve the host name and allows PcAnywhere to reconnect automatically once the connection to the Internet is established.
