pcAnywhere in CMS 7.1

I have support users that occasionally will try to remote control a machine using pcAnywhere solution, but a different machine is controlled other than the original one selected. My first thought is duplicate guid issues on the clients. Any thoughts?

More likely to be DNS issues.

How does your PCAnywhere client get on your image?  Is it on the base machine you capture from?

If so, make sure whoever captures is properly preparing the client to be captured
