Is there a way through a registry edit to allow PCAnywhere connections to a computer without prompting for approval?

thanks!

Quick Look Solution

pcanywhere solution or pcanywhere box?

pcA box or soultion.   Also what prompt are you asking about?

If you have pcanywhere solution you can uncheck the "Prompt to confirm" in the pcAnywhere policy.   If this is for pcAnywhere box of full verion you can also uncheck the prompt to confirm also.

In box open the full GUI then right click on the host and go to properties.  Then navigate to the swecurity page and uncheck the 2 prompt boxes.

Hope that helps.

Prompting for approval? Do

Prompting for approval?

Do you mean a username/password?  You can save the UN/PW in the Remote properties.

You decide with the host

You decide with the host configuration if the client user has to agree to the session or not.
Further you have the option use the Superuser ore stored user name and password for a session.
